This accounts payable check form contains a glassine window, self-adhesive glue stripes and multiple horizontal and vertical perforations. After the check data is printed at the end-user’s location, this form is folded and sealed into a self-mailer by machine-pressing the glue stripes together in the client’s mailroom.
