Integrated Label with Packing List
This form has one large shipping label across lower portion of this 11 inch cut sheet and an upper packing list, which are separated by a full horizontal perforation. Glue-Fold’s aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive will assure that a label of this size (8 ˝” x 4 ˝”) will securely adhere to corrugated shipping containers.
