3-Up Integrated Card
Glue-Fold’s web converting equipment can produce cut-sheet forms with multiple-up in a single sheet. The 11-inch form shown here contains three (3) integrated cards - one card every 3-2/3 inches. We can also provide repeats and cut-offs every 5-½ inches, 7 1/3 inches, 11 inches and 22 inches, when we ship continuous forms or re-wound rolls. In cut sheet form, we can provide any length cut sheet up to 22 inches.
