Integrated Label with Packing List
This form has one large shipping label across the lower portion of this 11 inch cut sheet and an upper packing list, which are separated by a full horizontal perforation. Glue-Fold’s aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive will assure that a label of this size (8 ˝” x 4 ˝”) will securely adhere to corrugated shipping containers.
